GeSIM is a digital eSIM service that provisions mobile connectivity in 180+ countries. The service is delivered through global telecom partners and includes optional features such as a built-in VPN and US virtual numbers for SMS verification.
You may use GeSIM if you are at least 13 years old. Some paid and token-based features may require you to be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live. You may not use GeSIM from regions where it's restricted, or where the law prohibits you from using it.
GeSIM does not require you to submit identity documents to access standard plans. A wallet address or app account is sufficient. You are responsible for keeping your wallet, recovery phrase, and credentials secure. We cannot recover funds or restore access if these are lost.
Plans are paid for in USDC through the in-app wallet. Prices are shown in USDC equivalent. Payments are final once the plan is provisioned. All payments are final — we don't offer refunds, except where required by law. Any unspent prepaid balance held in the on-chain escrow remains withdrawable to your wallet. If you were charged but didn't get service, DM us on Telegram and we'll make it right.
$GSIM is the token that powers GeSIM — built to work for the people who hold it, not against them. Holding $GSIM, alongside an active data plan, unlocks premium features — the built-in VPN and a US virtual number — for as long as you hold it. No subscription, no monthly fees: hold once, keep the features. $GSIM is an ownership coin: holders own and control the network's treasury and decisions on-chain through MetaDAO futarchy — market-driven, not a boardroom. The network answers to its owners, not a company, and the team can't quietly drain the treasury or walk away from you.
$GSIM is a utility and ownership token, not an investment. We make no promise about its price or future value, and holding it is not a way to earn a return. Digital assets are volatile and can lose value, up to the entire amount. Acquire $GSIM to use GeSIM and to own a say in the network — not as a financial bet.
We aim for continuous availability but cannot guarantee it. Coverage and speeds depend on the underlying telecom partner and the country you're in. Outages, network restrictions, or regulatory action in specific jurisdictions may interrupt service. We will publish material outages on our blog when they occur.
You're responsible for how you use GeSIM. We don't monitor your traffic or control what you do with the service, and you agree to use it lawfully. GeSIM is not responsible for how you use the service or for anything you do through it.
Our privacy practices are described in the Privacy notice. In short: we do not collect identity documents, we do not track your browsing through the VPN, and we minimise the metadata our infrastructure stores. See the linked page for specifics.
GeSIM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeSIM and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profit, or business, arising from your use of the service. Total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid to GeSIM in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via our blog and Telegram channel at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
